Big John's Owners, Philanthropists To Be Honored Tuesday at Wetzel Luncheon

John and Kim Lloyd, Tom and Kay Reed to receive kudos.

John and Kim Lloyd, owners of Big John’s Market in Healdsburg and Tom and Kay Reed, leaders and philanthropists in Northern Sonoma County, will be  honored at the annual Wetzel Community Leadership Award Luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 13.

The reception and luncheon, hosted by the will be at the Vintners Inn in Santa Rosa, beginning at 11:30 a.m. 

Event chair Katie Wetzel Murphy said the luncheon will focus on the wide range of quality healthcare available to people in North Sonoma County.

She pointed to, for example, such facilities as Healdsburg District Hospital and Alliance Medical Center in Healdsburg; Alexander Valley Healthcare in Cloverdale; and, Pediatric Dental Initiative in Windsor. 

The Foundation also supports the Women’s Diagnostic Center in Healdsburg, which offers mammograms and Dexa scans.

"We have incredible healthcare services available to each and every member of our community, regardless of income or level of coverage," said spokeswoman Kim Flowers. "We need to keep it that way!"
