Tourists from Arizona are thinking of traveling to Healdsburg to see, for one thing, the Healdsburg Hand Fan Museum, the only of its kind in the entire U.S.
But the listed phone number is disconnected, so they are unsure about making the trip, they said today.
We tried another number, as well, and no luck with that one, either.
Some folks who work nearby believe the museum is still in operation, possibly on only select days or by appointment.
So perhaps the phone number has simply changed.
The museum boasts an impressive historic collection of some 3,000 hand fans, and has listings on such tourist sites as RoadsideAmerica.com and 101 Things To Do In The Wine Country.
