Healdsburg Planning Commission Meeting Canceled

1. Tonight’s Planning Commission meeting has been canceled. 

2. Do you like to drive and have time to offer a helping hand?  The Caryl Weis Transportation Program of the Sonoma County Council on Aging (COA), “is actively looking for volunteers from the Healdsburg area to help meet the growing needs of a newly launched transportation program.” This is a fee for service program that charges for coordination of the ride only. 4.  Are you filled with artistic flare? A new art show,  “Figure, Face and Form” will be held Mar. 2 – 28, 2011 at the Healdsburg Center for the Arts.  From the HCA website, “For centuries artists have turned to the figure to express their ideas, explore body image, self reference, emotions and imagination.  This show will explore aspects of the psyche and the human figure in various states of being. Artists are encouraged to give real and imagined interpretations of the human form. The show will be comprised of a spectrum of works, ranging from classic to whimsical interpretations.” This juried show will accept applications until Wed., Feb. 23.

5. Are they looking for you? LandPaths is looking for volunteers and interns.
