Wonderful Winter Wednesday in Wine Country

Get "wowed" on Wednesday and celebrate as Supervisor Mike McGuire begins his official duties.

2. How about some Japanese self-defense for 6 – 14 years old?  The Healdsburg Park and Rec Department offers an Aikido class beginning this afternoon.  Registration here. 6-wk session, 4 – 5 p.m., $50

3. Calling all seniors! Gentle Yoga for those 55 and up. This yoga class starts today and is held every Wed. & Fri. until Feb. 11 Healdsburg Yoga Studio with instructor Deborah Karish 461 Healdsburg Ave. 10 – 11am. $105.

4.  But if you're a senior who prefers yoga once a week this class choice may be better for you. The once-a-week class starts today and runs through Feb. 9. Healdsburg Yoga Studio with instructor Deborah Karish 461 Healdsburg Ave.  10 – 11am. $65

5. Healdsburg Boys' Greyhound wrestling at Windsor.  League meet. Windsor High School, 8695 Windsor Road, weigh-ins 5:00pm, matches 6:00pm.  Go Greyhounds!
