It wasn't just the sweltering weather that had the standing room only crowd sweating at the plaza Tuesday evening. Northern California's Frobeck had them up and dancing with a blend of pop, funk and rock music.
Music lovers of all ages braved the heat for the weekly event that brings out both locals and visitors from afar. While many brought their own food and wine, the food vendors where doing a brisk business, offering everything from local favorites to South American treats.
Seattle businessman Ron Higgs stumbled on the event by accident when he arrived in Healdsburg for dinner and couldn't find a place to park.

A variety of different bands and musicians provide music in the plaza on Tuesdays during the summer. The music starts at 6:00, but show up early if you want choice seating on the lawn.
