Gala at "Old Stone Winery" to Open Taste Alexander Valley

Prime your tastebuds with seasonally influenced small plates from renowned local restaurateurs and fine wines of the appellation.

If you can't wait for Taste Alexander Valley to start, you may want to join the Opening Celebration at Trione Vineyards and Winery on Friday night.

It takes place at the historic "Old Stone Winery" at Trione, just off 101 in Geyserville, from 5:00 - 8:30 p.m.. The reception and gala will feature reserve and library wines from throughout Alexander Valley, a foretaste of the weekend's offerings.

New this year will be a silent auction benefiting the Alexander Valley School. The auction will feature private tastings and lunches with winery owners, proprietors, and winemakers along with access to private properties not generally available to the public.

Adding to the festivities will be live music from the popular local Steve Pile Band, plus passed hors d’oeuvres and a variety of seasonally influenced small plates prepared by renowned local chefs and restaurateurs Josh Silvers (Jackson’s Bar & Oven), Jeff Mall (Zin Restaurant), and Carlo Cavallo (Sonoma Meritage).

Experience world class wines, savor delicious cuisine and dance the evening away while mingling with Alexander Valley’s winemakers at this incredible winery estate located in the heart of of Alexander Valley.
