Tickets On Sale Sept. 22 for "Dancing With the Stars at The Raven 2012"

And, in a special announcement,  TV celebrity dance icon Buddy Schwimmer has been named one of this year's judges.

"This year's event is two nights, Nov. 9 and 10,  plus a "Star" reception on Nov. 10," said co-producer Vera Harvey. Tickets, this year with all seats reserved, will be available at www.raventheater.org.

Voting will also be available starting on Sept. 22, along with

"Both nights are going to be sold out, so don't delay in getting your tickets," Harvey said.

Schwimmer, the father of ABC-TV's DWTS pro dancer Lacey Schwimmer, has appeared on the TV show with his daughter. Schwimmer is a pioneer West Coast Swing teacher who is a legend to many long-time social dancers in California and the Pacific Northwest.

"He is known affectionately as the 'King of Swing,'" Harvey said. "He also is the creator of the dance style called 'Nightclub Two-Step.'"

While in Sonoma County, Schwimmer will be giving private and group lessons on Nov. 9, 10 and 11, Harvey said. For information or to book a session, contact Harvey at veraharveydancing@gmail.com.
