HEALDSBURG; How about a BAN on cigarette and cigar smoking in Healdsburg?

Arguably, having ~30 wine tasting rooms in the downtown Healdsburg district is a bit of an overload and in essence this helps to create a gigantic outdoor bar scene. 

And this spawns cigarette/cigar smoking in public areas, along the sidewalks, in front of businesses, in the Plaza, etc. 

I believe CA law states no smoking within 20 feet of doors and windows of businesses and obviously this is not enforced.  Many CA cities have smoke-free parks and gardens yet at a concert in the Plaza, with people stuffed in close proximity, all it takes is some smoking odors to ruin the event. 

It's a challenge for me to ignore some of the reckless drinking behaviors in town but blood boils watching people littering their cigarettes/cigars as if Healdsburg is nothing more than a dumping ground. 

I challenge the city to create a smoking ban in all public areas and I encourage businesses (especially those with outdoor seating areas) to post no-smoking notices as applicable.
