Another Opportunity to Dine Out in Sonoma County

The Board of Supervisors want you to eat dinner out this week, as part of Sonoma County Restaurant Week.

If you are overdue for dinner out, there could be no better time than this week, say the organizers of Sonoma County Restaurant Week.

“Restaurant Week presents the perfect opportunity for locals to rediscover great Sonoma County restaurants,” they said in an issued statement, “and for visitors to come and get a taste of California’s finest food and wine without breaking the bank.”

The participating restaurants – 120 of them in the county, from Bodega Bay to Cloverdale – feature three-course prix-fixe dinners for $19, $29 or $39, every night from now until Sunday, March 24.

For locals it’s an opportunity to rediscover what makes us love this place, the fresh produce, local food suppliers, farmers, wineries, and of course the chefs, cooks and staff.

For you’re unfamiliar with a particular area,  the website at is a handy one indeed. Its prominent Search tool lets you select your city of interest (Cloverdale, anyone?) and your price preference among the three tiers (let's say $29) and zero in on “options to find your perfect meal.”

When you choose a restaurant from among the choices offered, you see a description of the restaurant, its featured menu, phone and map links. We found Spork and Piacere Ristorante Italiano, which is a choice in linguistic preference as well as cuisine.

Participating restaurants in Healdsburg can be found by following this link.

You can search places you’ve never visited, and have a virtual tour of Sonoma restaurants.

It’s a County of Sonoma event, and Board of Supervisors Chair David Rabbitt said, “This week is a showcase of the incredible local foods and wines we produce here in Sonoma County.”

The Sonoma County Economic Development Board organizes Restaurant Week with the support of other sponsors including Sonoma County Tourism.

Rabbitt also noted, “Last year’s Sonoma County Restaurant Week brought in over $1.5 million for Sonoma County, and participating restaurants and diners were thrilled with their experience.”

These offices look great! I would love to have taken a look, but I don't live close enough to theRead More area. I was looking for spaces out in Toronto, and started looking at for office space for rent via http://www.theprofessionalcentre.com. But, again, your spaces look really nice, affordable, and would have done the job well. :)
