Cyrus Goes Out With a $15,000 Truffle Bang

Umbrian white truffle is part of menu for final week and last day today, Sunday.

 

As we mentioned earlier this month, , Sunday, Oct. 28, after seven years.

Reservations have been completely booked every since chef-owner Doug Keane and maitre d' Nick Peyton announced several months ago that they were closing up shop.

According to the Press Democrat, the eatery is going out with a bang -- serving slices of a rare white umbrian truffle that, retail, is valued at $10,000 to $15,000.
