Fritz Winery Pig Roast on the Patio
Please join us at Fritz Underground Winery for our Annual Pig Roast as we unveil our much anticipated, limited-production 2009 Pinot Noirs.
To accompany our distinctive Russian River Valley Pinot Noirs, we will be slow roasting a pig and dishing it over creamy polenta and jack cheese served with braised fennel and shaved parmesan. Complementing the succulent pig, there will be a roasted beet salad with humboldt fog cheese, arugula and a house balsamic dressing. We will complete the evening with decadent chocolate truffles for dessert.
In addition to the delicious food and delectable wines, there will be hourly raffles and live music on the patio.
