SIMI Winery on Wheels will be bringing their “shimmy shake” as they debut its custom food truck at the 14th Annual Healdsburg Jazz Festival. Join SIMI Executive Chef Kolin Vazzoler as he serves up Sonoma inspired small bites paired with SIMI’s refreshing Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc and luscious Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. In keeping with SIMI’s tradition of winemaking innovation, all wines will be served on tap!
