Hotel Healdsburg, Dry Creek Kitchen to Party for 10-Year Anniversary

Cocktail reception and gala starting at 5:30 p.m. today.

Chefs Charlie Palmer and Dustin Valette will host a 10-year anniversary of and Dry Creek Kitchen with a cocktail reception followed by an intimate gala dinner on Friday, Nov. 11.

This “Only in Healdsburg” evening will feature s signature dishes from the past decade along with unforgettable cocktails, wine and entertainment.

$40 per guest Tickets  Proceeds from this event will support the School Garden to Table Project benefitting the Agriculture and Culinary programs.   The Evening will Feature:

  • Live Music
  • Delightful small bites from Dry Creek Kitchen, highlighting local artisan producers
  • Fine wines including Cobb, Benovia, HGafner, Merry Edwards, Jordan, Inman, DuMol, Radio Coteau, Ridge, Papapietro Perry and more
  • Signature “#10” cocktails from Cocktail Wizard Scott Beattie
  • Illusions throughout the evening with the Reality Thief
  • A celebration of the past, present and foreseeable future with a mystic fortune teller
  • Fire Fan Dance courtesy of the Healdsburg Hand Fan Museum
  • Photo opportunities with wine country icons
  • Views of the property-wide show featuring landscape and new abstract paintings by Sonoma County artist Wade Hoefer

As an early advocate of farm-fresh food and an avid winemaking collaborator, it’s no surprise that master American Chef Charlie Palmer was drawn to Sonoma County, an agricultural place of plenty.

This gala dinner highlights the premier culinary stars and many close friends who have shared the table at Dry Creek Kitchen over these past 10 years.
