Luxury Real Estate Agency Makes a Return to Healdsburg

Pacific Union and Christie's International Real Estate is located on the corner of Mill Street and Healdsburg Avenue.

After a decade or so away, a high-end real estate agency has returned to town.

Pacific Union and Christie's International Real Estate celebrated the grand opening of its Healdsburg office last week.

The office is located at 109 Mill Street, and is designed with a mix of modern and rustic decor. A shimmering silver coffee table is one of the first things to greet visitors, and the office is filled with an indoor "barn" with individual offices instead of cubicles.

"We wanted to capture the history of Healdsburg and an urban feel," Regional Vice President Rick Laws said.

The agency, which previously had a Healdsburg office in the 1990s, specializes in residential ranch and vineyard estates, Laws said. He said commercial real estate will be added soon.

Nine real estate agents will work out of the office, and all are long-time sellers of Healdsburg properties, he said.

"Ken Spadoni is truly legendary in ranches, estates, vineyards and luxury properties," Laws said of one of the agents, who has been selling real estate in Healdsburg since 1979.

When asked about the current state of the local real estate market, Laws said prices are being pushed higher.
