The Ryans purchased their home through Healdsburg construction contractor Frank Unciano, a sales rep for Pacific Modern Homes. It was shipped in pre-built panels to Healdsburg.
Along with at least three other prefabs built by Vallejo-based Blu homes -- including the -- Healdsburg has turned into a minor prefab sub-colony.
