The Sonoma Gold office was previously located at 326 Healdsburg Ave. in Healdsburg. That office had only been operating under that name the past six months; before that, it was known as Prudential California Realty.

“This is a very positive change for our office and will position us well for the years to come," said Mike Downs, manager for the former Prudential California Realty office.  "Better Homes and Gardens Realty is growing fast, and this is the market they want to be in.”

If those name changes and relocations weren't enough, at 58 West North St. also saw a name change and is now Century 21 NorthBay Alliance.

Century 21 NorthBay Alliance will also change locations within about a week to 435 Healdsburg Ave. in the Frediani Building just north of .

Along with the name and location changes, Century 21 NorthBay Alliance has a new owner: Pat Provost. Provost, a former school teacher in the Geyserville school district, owns and operates nine Century 21 offices in Sonoma, Marin and Lake County.

“Century 21 has been the global leader in real estate," said Greg Cornelius, manager of the new Century 21 office. "Century 21 Alliance has been the technology leader in Sonoma County the past 10 years.

"We are a local, family-owned business with global connections,” Cornelius said.
