After outgrowing her EZ-Bake oven, this local Iron Chef is taking her passion for pork to a higher place.

In this week's Wine Wednesdays, Monique Soltani sits down with Duskie Estes at Bovolo Restaurant where they are doing more than just makin' bacon.
