Healdsburg Moves Forward With Irrigation Pipeline

$1M allotted for system to channel treated wastewater into irrigatation pipeline.

 

As Healdsburg City Council has authorized a new system to transport highly treated wastewater into an irrigation pipeline for vineyards and other crops, instead of piping it into the Russian River.

According to the Press Democrat, the City Council on Monday moved forward with the first allocation of $1 million for the project.
