While the prospect of a remodeling project is exciting, facing the hundreds of decisions and choices you'll have to make is often overwhelming. With a well-chosen design team, you can make your dream project a reality without losing your mind! 

If you are considering remodeling your home, why not make it more comfortable and healthier while you are at it? 

This seminar will focus on the remodeling process as well as those things to consider that will improve the air quality, comfort and energy efficiency of your home. 

•    Learn how the design and building processes work best together for an enjoyable and smooth process.
•    Lower your risks and stay in control of your project.
•    Learn how to communicate successfully with your design team to ensure your project reflects your vision.

•    Understand how your home functions as an integrated system to achieve an optimum environment:

•    air sealing
•    space heating
•    cooling
•    ventilation

By the end of this talk you will understand basic building science and how air flow, heat and moisture affect the environment in your home.
