In this class, Chef Mei will share with you the versatile way of crock-pot cooking on "East Meets West" flavor from Asia to Europe. Recipes include: Thai Pumpkin & Ginger Soup, Mexican Pot Roast, Morocco Champagne Chicken with mushroom, Indian Lentil Soup and Black Purple Rice Pudding with Coconut Reduction Sauce. All ingredients to show-case Shed's fresh, seasonal produce.
