Built by San Francisco-based green prefab company Blu Homes, the two-story Breezehouse is the updated model of the original Breezehouse, which was debuted by Sunset in 2005. Blu Homes are designed entirely online using 3D modeling and produced using the highest green standards and cutting edge technology. The Sunset lifestyle is embodied completely in the Breezehouse — from the home’s dramatic breezespace to an array of outdoor lounge areas as well as two bedrooms and four bathrooms. Additional features include a wine cellar and a separate 'Breezepod' that will be transformed into a guest home.
A shuttle will transport attendees to the Idea House from the Sonoma County Park & Ride Lot Healdsburg - located on corner of Healdsburg Ave./Grant Avenue, opposite Giorgio's restaurant at 25 Grant Ave. in the Grant Avenue Industrial Park. The shuttle will pick up from the parking lot at approx the top of every hour 10am-4pm.
