In Memory of Neil Cronin: Beloved Husband, Father, Valued Champion of Healdsburg
The 51-year-old will be remembered for his spirited cheerfulness at his John & Zeke's Bar, and for his community dedication and love of life, family and friends.
The community has tragically lost a valued member: Neil Cronin passed away on Friday, April 18, at 51 years old, leaving behind his beloved wife, Valerie, and daughter, Hannah Mae.
Neil was a longtime supporter of the Healdsburg community, and absolutely loved seeing all the local faces at John & Zeke's Bar, which he designed and owned since 1997.
"It is impossible to measure the loss we feel at John and Zeke's due to the passing of our brother and friend Neil Cronin," said his grieving friends and co-workers.

"He was a pillar in the community, a wonderful husband and father and a true friend. The best way to honor his memory is for us to continue his legacy of caring for each other and our community of Healdsburg."
Neil hosted an annual golf tournament at Christmas time, with the proceeds going to Healdsburg Boys & Girls Club.

Always active, he joined the 2012 cast of "Dancing with the Stars" in Healdsburg.
Originally from New Jersey, Neil was a big sports fan and golf enthusiast, and coach of the Healdsburg High School track and field team.
A vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 1, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Healdsburg.
A funeral service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Friday, May 2, also at St. John’s.
