REQUEST: Please sign this petition (anonymously is OK) to ask the Pinole Police Department to reopen Amber Swartz-Garcia's kidnapping case. If you're so inclined, please SHARE on FB.

She was kidnapped from in front of her California home. Although several people have been considered suspects, no definitive proof was found, Amber remains missing, and no one has been charged with a crime. 


Amber's family deserves to have her case remain open and investigated until she is found.
