3 Men Arrested on Drug Charges After Santa Rosa Traffic Stop

Santa Rosa police arrested three men on Friday night on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale, a police sergeant said.
An officer conducted a traffic stop at Hoen Avenue and Lynn Court at 9:18 p.m. when he stopped a silver Nissan Altima for a minor vehicle code violation, Sgt. David Boettger said.

The driver, identified as Santa Rosa resident Isac Arturo Navarro-Chavez, did not have a California driver's license or valid form of identification, Boettger said.
Police who searched the vehicle found 3.6 ounces of methamphetamine and approximately $4,000 in cash, he said.

Officers arrested Navarro-Chavez, 27, for suspected possession and transportation of narcotics for sale and driving without a license, according to Boettger.
Mexican nationals Luis David Valenzuela-Salgado, 21, and Josue Gallego-Barbosa, 19, were also arrested for suspected possession and transportation of narcotics for sale, Boettger said.
