The far right lane of southbound U.S. Highway 101 in Petaluma was blocked after a vehicle collision tonight, the California Highway Patrol said.
The multi-vehicle collision was reported at about 8:40 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 at Petaluma Boulevard North, the CHP said.
Initial reports from motorists at the scene suggest that one vehicle overturned and another went off the roadway, the CHP said.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
