The Press Democrat reports that Sonoma County Supervisor Efren Carrillo is staying tight-lipped on his recent arrest in connection with a battery arrest that took place about two weeks ago in San Diego.
Carrillo has just returned from a nine-day trip to Russia on Friday and during a Mexican Independence Day event at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts Saturday declined to provide further details surrounding his arrest.
