'Don't Drive' Means 'Don't Drive' - 6 Busted in Suspended-License Sting at County Courthouse

Santa Rosa police arrested six men for driving on a suspended license during an undercover court sting Tuesday.

The operation was conducted at a Sonoma County courthouse from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and targeted 19 offenders who had been told by a judge not to drive or had been informed of their license suspension, police said.

Of the 19 people followed by officers, 13 had alternate means of transportation but six men who were in court for prior DUI or other violations attempted to drive away, according to police.

The six men: 33-year-old Daniel Brockman, of Forestville; 19-year-old Victor Campos, of Cloverdale; 44-year-old Robert Davis, of Petaluma; 40-year-old Dennis Hickok, of Guerneville; and 23-year-old Christian Larios-Flores and 40-year-old George Minaidis, both of Santa Rosa, were cited.

All but Minaidis had their car impounded for 30 days for the violation.

Police said all of the men face additional jail time and longer license suspensions.
