A fire destroyed a cabin in Guerneville Wednesday afternoon, Monte Rio Fire Protection District Chief Steve Baxman said.

The fire started in a back room of the cabin. It is not considered suspicious, but the cause is under investigation, Baxman said.

There was a main house and a few cabins on the property, Baxman said.
