Healdsburg police warn of erroneous credit card charges

Healdsburg police on Tuesday issued an alert to residents who buy gas in town to be on the lookout for erroneous credit card charges.

Police said a card scammer was located at a Healsburg gas station.

"Please check your credit card statements for any erroneous charges," police said in a news release on Nixle.

Police did not identify the gas station where the scammer was found.
