Editor's Note: The California Highway Patrol, Santa Rosa Area released the following report.
On Saturday at approximately 12:40 a.m. CHP officers on patrol on northbound 101 near Arata Lane observed a Subaru Outback weaving badly in the fast lane. The officers noted that the vehicles speed varied from 50 to 70 mph. The officers made an enforcement stop and contacted the driver, who was identified as Sandra Nieto, 38, of Healdsburg.
Nieto displayed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. A DMV check revealed that Nieto was on probation for a DUI conviction in July of last year. She was booked on charges of DUI and violation of probation.
