Intoxicated Driver Crashes on Northbound 101, Sent to Healdsburg District Hospital

Police said Kris Beylikjian, 34, had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit.

Santa Rosa Area California Highway Patrol reported that at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to a single-car accident on Asti Road near Citrus Fair in Cloverdale.

Upon arrival, officers found a Toyota Camry had drifted off the roadway and through a perimeter fence with northbound 101.

CHP reported that officers found the driver lying on his back on the downed fence. The driver was identified as Kris Beylikjian, 34, of Cloverdale.

Beylikjian was transported to Healdsburg District Hospital. Police said he had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit and was on probation for a prior DUI.

The driver was medically cleared and booked on charges of DUI and violation of probation, according to CHP.
