'Large Scale' Power Outage Reported in Healdsburg

Information from the city contradicts an entry on PG&E's outage map.

The Healdsburg Police Department said Monday morning a "large scale" power outage had hit the city.

"At this there is no estimated time for the power to be restored," the department said in an alert.

That contradicts information from PG&E, which says an outage in the area of Grant and College streets is affecting only nine customers. The utility says the outage is due to planned maintenance, according to an entry on PG&E's outage map website.

PG&E's outage map says power is expected back on at 3 p.m.
