UPDATE: Northbound HIghway 101 Reopened at 5:22 p.m.

Traffic was backed up to Airport Boulevard, CHP said.

Both lanes of northbound U.S. Highway 101 in Windsor that were
blocked after a van hit a speed limit sign and overturned have now reopened, the California Highway Patrol said.
          The Sig-alert issued after the 4:20 p.m. crash at Arata Lane was
lifted at 5:22 p.m., the CHP said.
          A traffic advisory remains in effect because of congested traffic
conditions through the area.
          Traffic was backed up several miles to Airport Boulevard, the CHP said.
