Santa Rosa Chase Bank Robbed
Fourth robbery in Santa Rosa in just over two months; suspect still at large

A man robbed the Chase Bank in downtown Santa Rosa this morning, a Santa Rosa police sergeant said.
The suspect entered the bank at 835 Fourth St. shortly before 11:18 a.m., handed a teller a note demanding cash and fled into the neighborhood, Sgt. Eric Goldschlag said.

Police searched the area but did not find the suspect. The suspect is described as a light-skinned black man with a goatee, approximately 35 to 40 years old, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds. He was wearing a green hooded jacket and blue jeans.
It is at least the fourth bank robbery in Santa Rosa since Feb. 1. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jon Crespan at (707) 543-4069.
