"Healdsburg Police Department officers quickly responded and obtained victims’ statements and further video surveillance evidence that allowed officers to successfully locate and detain a suspect [who] was fleeing the area on his bicycle," he added.

The suspect, who was solo, was "positively identified by both victims, and it was determined that the suspect had exposed himself three different times to the victims before being detained and arrested," Castaneda said.

After the arrest, Villareal was booked into Sonoma County Jail on the charges, he added.
