Three Stabbing Victims in Santa Rosa Linked to Gangs

An out-of-control party brought out the knives, and the Santa Rosa Police followed

When officers responded Santa Rosa to reports of an out-of-control party at a residence in the 1200 block of Marble Avenue at about 11:25 p.m., according to Santa Rosa police, they found a large amount of blood at the front entrance.

That led them to discover three stabbing victims from the "party," including one hiding under a bed.

The victim, a 17-year-old Santa Rosa resident, was treated for non-life-threatening wounds, and arrested for an outstanding warrant, police said.

A second victim was driven from the same party to a hospital emergency room, police said. He was a 17-year-old Santa Rosa boy who also had an active arrest warrant. He was taken into custody after being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

A third victim was located at a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant at 425 Sebastopol Road. Friends had driven there after the party. The 20-year-old Santa Rosa man was taken to a hospital with injuries that were potentially life threatening.

All three victims were known gang members, police said.

A gang-related stabbing of two 25-year old Healdsburg men occurred last week at the high school tennis courts. That case remains unsolved.
