The Wal-Mart loss prevention manager told deputies that a male and female couple had loaded a shopping cart with consumer electronics, then attempted to flee the store with the merchandise without paying for it.

When a staff member attempted to stop and detain the couple, the male suspect pulled a knife and brandished it at him.

The couple loaded the stolen merchandise into two vehicles - a newer plum-colored Dodge Durango and an older blue colored Pontiac Grand Am - and fled.

Windsor Deputies positively identified the suspects in the Windsor case as David Scott Killen (age 28) and Raquel Maeann Killen, age 26 both residents of Lake County.

The identification was made due to a recent similar case in Rohnert Park, where similar suspects and similar vehicles were used at the Rohnert Park Home Depot store in the theft of merchandise. In the Rohnert Park case a handgun was brandished at loss prevention staff.

The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, Investigations Bureau is conducting follow up on the case.

The Dodge Durango used in the Windsor case was located at the Clearlake Oaks residence and was impounded for evidence. A handgun was located and recovered from the center console of the Dodge Durango.
