Help Decide Healdsburg's Future at Design Workshop Wednesday Night

Second major Central Healdsburg Avenue Special Study Area workshop is 6 p.m. at City Hall.

 Central Healdsburg Avenue Special Study committee will hold its second Community Workshop on Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m at City Hall, said project consultant Jim Heid.

"The meeting will be preceded by a 30-minute open house from 5:30 to 6 p.m. where some of the presentation boards and information related to the project will be on display for casual viewing," Heid said.

Heid said the evening's agenda will include two presentations with question answer periods following each.

"Presentations will cover larger scale study area plan concepts, as well as preliminary design concepts for street design and the roundabout at the five way intersection of Mill Street, Healdsburg Avenue and Vine Street," Heid said.

5:30 - Community Open House with summary boards and presentations available for casual review

6:00 - Meeting starts with formal introduction by CHASSAC Chair, Mayor Tom Chambers

6:05 - Presentation of Survey Results, project Vision and Principles and Framework Concepts

6:25 - Question and Answer Period

6:55 - Presentation of Street Framework, Street Design Concepts and Roundabout Design

7:25 - Question and Answer Period

7:50 - Next Steps
