Cured Meats Shop Moves Forward at Old Post Office Site

Healdsburg Meat Co. plans on tap for June 26.

 

Plans to put a gourmet cured meats shop at the old Healdsburg Post Office site on Center Street will be reviewed by the city Planning Commission later this month.

"The applications for a will be scheduled for consideration by the Planning Commission at the June 26 meeting," said Barbara Nelson, Healdsburg's new planning and building director.

"City staff is currently reviewing the application materials," Nelson said. "The applicant of record is PCS Family LLC, and the project name is Healdsburg Meat Co."

According to an article in the Press Democrat in January, the Healdsburg Meat Co. project is being developed by local winemaker Pete Seghesio, who bought the property late last year.
