the TAM board voted to approve the $8 million after the Larkspur representative changed her mind from the first vote. Board members said at the time they would hold another meeting to confirm the vote -- since it was so late -- and so the $8 million was approved, but delayed.
According to a report today in the Press Democrat, the $8 million from TAM has been confirmed.
