Adams' introduction will be part of an update to City Council by HAS Board Co-chairman Bill Anderson on the activities at the shelter and progress in mitigating the effects of construction defects on the beleaguered new shelter building.

The shelter has filed a lawsuit against contractors for the new building, which sits unoccupied across Westside Road from the original shelter.
