Other facts
Even in a tough economy, I believe the strength of our community shines through. As a council member, I will focus on opportunities, not dwell on reasons why we can't make Healdsburg even better.
I will keep myself informed, making sure city projects are well managed and city business is done fairly and impartially. As a resident of Healdsburg for eight years, I greatly appreciate what our city has to offer.
I am an active volunteer and I always strive to affect positive change in our community. My engineering background gives me insight into budgets, planning, development and city infrastructure.
I believe that residents, the City Council, City staff, and employee unions need to work together immediately to solve the financial and pension crises that we face. To make a real, sustainable impact on pension reform and the rising costs of city services, it is important to have fair, unbiased city government. I will provide that representation.
As a skilled negotiator, I will always seek the best deal for the taxpayer. I cherish our beautiful, pristine surroundings and pledge to continue our Growth Management Ordinance. It is a critical tool which protects our small town character and way of life.
