If you're out at night and you're between downpours. drive to nearby Windsor Town Green for a free spectacular lighted Christmas tree display.
The 4th Annual Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove lines the Town Green along McClelland Drive. Dozens of local groups and businesses have decorated their quirky, sometimes stunning, trees with somewhat unusual themes (i.e. "perfect turtles," school supplies, etc.)
Tonight, Saturday, Dec. 22, there was also a choir, "The Tangents," carolling before an audience of about 30 people.
Young and old were strolling up and down the tree grove, some stopping at Starbucks at the far end to get hot chocolate or a latte.
The grove will be up through Dec. 31.
