Come sample grapes, taste fermenting juice and experience wines at all stages of the winemaking process. Learn about grape varieties, sugar sampling, harvesting grapes, fermentation decisions, choosing barrels and more.

Get answers to questions such as: What's a refractometer for? What is native yeast and when do they ferment wines versus a commercial yeast? When the leaves turn red, are the vines collapsing? What are "chicks and hens"?
