Learn about the great advantages in affordability, playability and collectability of a guitar custom built by one of the world's great luthiers.Twenty-four workshops by some of today's most incredible performers and sought after instructors! Subjects include arranging and composing, playing styles from Fingerstyle to Celtic to Jazz, alternate tunings, and study techniques. Workshops are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.Displayed separately from the luthiers, the festival includes companies who supply everything from strings to sheet music to capos to cases to woodworking jigs. And this year for the first time, LMI, the producer of the festival, will open its warehouse, located 10 minutes north of the festival, for sales to the public on Sunday.Enjoy our Mini-Concerts, where 50 luthiers guitars will be showcased by professional performers; the instruments of 3 luthiers per hour are demonstrated, all day for 3 days! Or relax at the outdoor stage where the festival workshop instructors perform between classes. All performances at both venues are included in admission.
