The Healdsburg High School track team honored their beloved pole vaulting coach, Neil Cronin, this week by designing and wearing "Everything with a Smile" shirts.

Coach Neil had a strong rapport with all of his student-athletes and was known for motivating them and instilling a positive attitude - telling them to do everything with a smile, school officials said in a Facebook post.
"We are truly grateful for the encouraging influence he had on our campus. He will be sorely missed at HHS."
A vigil for Neil, who passed away April 18, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 1, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Healdsburg.
A funeral service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Friday, May 2, also at St. John’s.
