Prune Packers Baseball to Return to the Game

Saturday's Home Run Tri-Tip Dinner will be the kick-off fundraiser this weekend at Villa Chanticleer

The Healdburg Prune Packers are back, polishing their bats and greasing their gloves for the upcoming season. 

The Collegiate Summer Ballclub will be having their Annual Home Run Tri-Tip Dinner Fundraiser this Saturday May 4, at 5:30 pm in The American Legion Hall at Villa Chanticleer. $35 per person donation with no host bar with tips to club.

The first game of the season is May 25 in Fairfield; the first home game is Monday, May 27, against Santa Rosa. See the complete schedule attached or online at this page.

As well as players capable of helping the team best last year's 15-22 record, they are also looking for local volunteer National Anthem singers, 7th inning stretch singers, and other exhibition-type acts.

"We would also include local singers and bands for Saturday nights post dinner and post game entertainment," said Brad Andersen, a founding volunteer with the revived local team.
