33rd Annual Taste Of Sonoma A Sellout Success

Sonoma County's premier wine and food event provides a delight for the taste buds.

Beautiful Wine Country weather greeted the 2,500 visitors to the 33rd annual Taste Of Sonoma.  This year’s event was held at the MacMurray Ranch, located in the Russian River Valley.

The main feature of the event was the four tasting tents, representing different wine appellations from Sonoma County.  Approximately 200 different wineries, nearly 40 restaurants, and various other county businesses showcased their products during the five hour event.

A variety of other activities awaited the participants when they wanted to give their taste buds a rest.  Six different local chefs participated in the Sonoma Steel Chef Competition.  Other distractions included wine talks, blind tastings, grilling lessons, and experiencing the crush firsthand.
