Where's the Best Burger in Town? This Week's Readers Choice Poll

Pick your favorite Healdsburg burger spot.

What with descending on us over Memorial Day weekend, we thought we would take the question one step further for our "Readers' Choice Healdsburg 2012" contest this week.

To everyone here at Healdsburg Patch, "Where do you go for the best burgers in town?"

Yes, we're talking primarily about beef burgers, not veggie burgers or lambburgers or luma-burgers.

And we are also excluding chain fast-food establishments, insofar as their burgers are likely to be identical whether in Healdsburg or Hawaii. We're looking for the best local choice in our town.

In any case, remember that more than just the poll rankings are includied in the Readers' Choice. We want you to add a rating in the Patch Directory for your choice, and leave a comment this week (old comments don't count) to put your favorite burger joint over the top. Rules included with this article.

Here's the list of nominated restaurants, based on our Patch Directory and past articles, such as "Where Healdsburgers Get Their Burger."

Please, if you have any more to nominate, leave a comment on this article and we'll add it to the list.

  1. Adel's
  2. Affronti
  3. Barndiva
  4. Bear Republic
  5. Center Street Cafe & Deli
  6. Charcuterie
  7. Costeaux French Bakery
  8. Dry Creek Kitchen
  9. Frank & Ernie's Steakhouse
  10. Healdsburg Bar & Grill
  11. Healdsburger
  12. Singletree Cafe
  13. Spoonbar
  14. The Wurst
  15. Willi's Seafood
  16. Zin Restaurant and Wine Bar

So tell us with your votes, ratings and reviews - where's the best place for burgers in town?

Does Jimtown have one? They make some awesome tidbits

I won't eat a burger at a place where the chef cooks in flip-flops (Healdsburger). I agree with Lizzardking that FME's had the best before they were forced to close. Now I go to HBG for my burgers, but mostly because they have PBR in the bottle :)

Keri, just a heads up. You can vote multiple times in these polls. I voted for Wurst twice, not for malice, but to test the poll.

@Austin: Hi, thanks.. Yes, the polls are not scientific. They are just a kind of barometer of public opinion. That's why we also look at comments and reviews posted on the restaurants' directory listings in making our selection for Readers' Choice. Thanks!

I must vote for Charcuterie. When I want one, There's is a must with a side salad.
