Healdsburg District Hospital

<p>Healdsburg District Hospital is a private nonprofit medical center administered by Northern Sonoma County Healthcare District. </p> <p>Healdsburg District Hospital serves about 50,000 residents in Healdsburg, Windsor, Geyserville and Cloverdale.</p> <p>In July 2009, the hospital purchased Healdsburg Primary Care, a medical group of six physicians who see patients at the hospital and in their private practice offices adjacent to the medical center.</p> <p>Physicians at Healdsburg Primary Care, which also includes three nurse practitioners, are now under contract with the hospital, but the other employees of the group are hospital employees.</p> <p>Area residents in 2001 approved a tax to keep the hospital alive, and the hospital district was formed in 2002.</p> <p></p>
